Noah Ronczkowski
Guide
Noah has been climbing since 2001 and guiding with AMS since 2011. He guides AMS Denali expeditions and teaches mountaineering courses. He brings solid technical skills and a clear teaching and leadership style to all of his work. He is an avid skier, climber, and backpacker. Noah’s first Denali expedition was in 2010, when he also made a ski descent, a feat rarely achieved. His notable climbs include “Moratorium, WI 6” in Cody, Wyoming; “Angels Landing NE Buttress” in Zion, Utah; and “Aquarian Wall” on El Capitan in Yosemite. In the field, Noah immediately demonstrates his effective teaching and team building skills, and we are lucky to have him as part of AMS. Noah is currently based in Bozeman, Montana, where he works as a ski patroller for Big Sky Ski Resort and is a working partner in a brick oven pizzeria. If you are lucky enough to climb with Noah, we know you will enjoy his sense of humor and prodigious memory for one-liners from movies.
