Emma’s love of backcountry skiing and mountaineering began after working a season in Alta, UT and it has been uphill (and then downhill) ever since. She spends winters ski patrolling at Mammoth Mountain in California, spring on Denali, and summers guiding in the Eastern Sierra Mountains. In her free time, she enjoys climbing, ceramics, and backcountry skiing.
