Brady McGuire
Guide
Based out of Haines, AK, Brady came to AMS in 2021 as a Denali expedition guide. Along with AMS, he has taught and led numerous mountaineering, ice climbing, rock climbing, and skiing courses with Alaska Mountain Guides. Brady guides globally, including in Antarctica, Nepal, Argentina, Antarctica, and Tanzania. Previously, he worked in Haines for a local heli-ski operation, as a forecaster for the Haines Avalanche Center, and as an EMT. In the winter months, Brady has works for the National Science Foundation as a safety guide and instructor for scientists in Antarctica. Brady is currently working toward completing his pilot’s license training.
